Spend your summer with “Culture Step”
05.08.2021 – 25.08.2021
Estonian Institute’s free schooling program “Culture step” is organized for people whose native tongue is not Estonian and who are interested in learning more about Estonian culture, nature, history and everyday life.
The program consists of lectures, discussions, study trips, workshops and visits that introduce Estonian culture, history, nature and day-to-day life to non-natives in Tallinn and Harju county.
Registration for the program in August-September is open from July 26 to August 15, 2021 on webpage https://kultuurisamm.ee/en/!
Program in August-September lasts from 22.08-19.09 and the events are happening mostly on weekends.
When registering, the participants collect between 24-27 academic hours of activities that introduce them to life in Estonia from different aspects. Each participant can freely select the events they wish to attend based on their interests, possibilities and time schedule. The events are held in English as group activities in the evenings and on the weekends. Further information and the schedule will be sent to everyone who has registered.
The free “Cultural step” program is available for all the participants who aren’t native Estonian speakers and are at least 16 years old.
The Estonian Institute started the “Culture step” program in autumn 2018. Since then more than three thousand people have joined the program.
The program is funded by the Integration Foundation.
