Dannebrog 800. The Story of Denmark And Estonia
In June 2019, it will be precisely 800 years since the first recorded mention of Tallinn in connection with the crusades of Valdemar II of Denmark to northern Estonia. That year the Battle of Lyndanysse took place and Dannebrog, the Flag of Denmark, fell from the sky.
In Dannebrog 800. The Story of Denmark and Estonia – which has an exquisite red-and-white design inspired by Dannebrog – are articles that help us remember those heroic times and deeds, and also get an overview about the relations between Denmark and Estonia today.
